For you who come to Paraty with your family or friends, this house is sensational, the property was carefully designed by the owners to meet every need during your stay, with an open concept in the style of an American home, you will find feel in a soap opera house. Gourmet space with wood oven and delicious pool, nothing better than visiting the beautiful beaches of Paraty, on a sunny day and then at the end of the day have a good barbecue to catch up on. The gourmet space has a prominent position in the house, space with barbecue, pizza oven, sink, counter and table with benches.
The Emperor House has a high standard of finishing in one of Paraty's most sought after neighborhoods, the Jabaquara. Near the historic center about 30 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by car. The region has several shops, including a beachside supermarket, a grocery store on the same street, several restaurants and kiosks along the beach.
A house with plenty of comfort and space, with security with external camera, wifi throughout the house, cable TV in the living room and master suite and modern kitchen with 6-seater table, stove, duplex refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker, blender and crockery and utensils, three-car garage, but with easy parking in front of the property, service area, large living room with upholstery and TV, beautiful outdoor area with outdoor furniture in the pool area and also a Covered porch with upholstery. At the bottom serving the social area and pool we have a washing.
The house has 3 suites, plus a large reversible office in bedroom with king size sofa bed, being the bottom of the house, 01 suite with 01 king size bed, with closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan and TV, 01 bedroom also suite with 01 single bed and one double, closet, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Upstairs, 01 bedroom with double queen bed, air conditioning and fan and ante room (office) with double queen sofa bed, fan and air conditioning. We have a full bathroom to suit the upstairs bedrooms.
We have bedding. We do not accept pets of any size.
